After breakfast, you head straight to Rusizi National Park for an exciting boat cruise along the Rusizi River. During the cruise, you get up close to hippos, spot numerous bird species, and witness the dramatic meeting point of the Rusizi River and Lake Tanganyika. From there, you continue south, driving along the lake’s beautiful shoreline. Along the way, you stop at the Livingstone Memorial, a key historical site. Afterward, you drive to Rumonge, where you meet local fishermen and explore their lakeside village. Later, you unwind at Blue Bay, where you can swim or play beach volleyball.
